This past week has been a blur of sorts. I managed to get my act together this a.m. compliments of two cups of Dunkin Donuts coffee, so enjoy some pics from the Blacks’ Annual Gala where monies raised benefitted The Consequences Foundation. I wore a mix of high and rock-bottom low in the form of a Haute Hippie marabou vest, Target tank and Calvin Klein sequin skirt. Here I am with gal pals Mary Anne Salvat, Mary Jo Shore and Tara Gilani.
Here’s the lady of the hour, Real Housewife of Miami Lea Black with THE COLLECTION’s Ken Gorin. Lea took the stage for the auction and can work a crowd like no other! Lea was able to finagle Queen Latifah and Tony Bennett performances — pretty amazeballs.
Love Tara Solomon’s sequin shorts, fishnets and pearls for days. And here’s AC Slater AKA Mario Lopez who taped an EXTRA segment. He’s actually ridiculously cute in person. Must be those darling dimples.
Here’s another Real Housewife of Miami, Alexia Echevarria, with her hubby, Linda Flanagan and Ken Gorin. They don’t call Alexia “Cuban Barbie” for nothing. She is the epitome of every-hair-in-its-place perfection. New cast member Joanna Krupa and returnee Adriana De Moura were also in attendance but my faves Marysol and Elsa Patton were notably absent. Waah, waah.
I’m obsessed with MIAMI mag’s Anne Owen (in a sweet way, not a stalkerish-I-want-to-lock-you-up-in-my-basement-kinda way, FYI). Pictured alongside Lazaro Arias, Anne can rock blunt bangs and bob à la Uma Thurman in Pulp Fiction which is an impossible feat, really. Totes jelly.
I spy my besties Lorena and Gil Dezer checking out a Maserati up for auction. 
Here’s the crew I ended up leaving with — Maile Gamez, James Wark and Luisa Jimenez. We wound up poolside with DJ Questlove grooving to Nirvana. Only in Miami, folks.
