That’s My Boy

This weekend has been quite somber starting with the heart-shattering news from Connecticut and ending with getting my daughter her first cast (ouch!). But the beautiful thing about having children is this: They force you to light up and carry on even when all you desire to do is stay home with an unwashed face and sit in front of the TV for CNN updates.

Before all the madness, I was privy to H&M Aventura‘s media preview where I scored my son the above fresh-to-death duds and dunks. The coolest part about the newly minted Aventura door is hand’s down the kid’s section (a South Florida first) where shoppers can snag high-fashion pieces for super-low prices for babies and tots. Take these metallic kicks, for example…for $19, they channel something Giuseppe Zanotti would design, right? So enjoy these pictures of my son channeling Kanye or Pharrell — only waaaaay more cuter, obvi.
