Best In Bite: L’Entrecote de Paris

{Steak frites, anyone?}

I’ve got two words for you, foodies: Secret Sauce. My gal pals and I recently dined at L’Entrecote de Paris in Miami and the legendary sauce here is so good, it will have you licking your fingers. And plate. And perhaps your neighbor’s fork. Whatever this sauce is made from should be bottled and sold for millions. Swear!

The only decision to make while dining here is how well-done you want your steak cooked. Why? There’s only one item on the main menu here: steak frites. And for you skeptics — this dish is so beyond that any additional options aren’t even necessary. Also obligatory from the menu are the profiteroles which come swimming in a sea of sweet chocolate.

The restaurant, which is most famous in Paris for serving this authentic dish, is a welcome addition to Brickell’s booming neighborhood. It’s also the brand’s first foray in the U.S., too.

So for your carnivorous itch, dine here. You’ll spend the rest of your week trying decode what’s in that ridiculous 21-ingredient secret sauce like a complete psycho.

Délicieux!
