Friends! My cousin and I snapped these pictures while driving around my ‘hood this past weekend. It’s been hotter than the devil’s ass crack here in Miami which can only mean one thing: Peeps can wear shorts, cotton frocks (because Polyester ones are GROSS and should be outlawed) or maxi dresses. And I’ve sworn off maxi dresses since giving birth because they’re all I ever wore and the mere thought of being pregnant again makes me:
1) Crave Makoto crispy rice tuna on a two-hour rotation
2) Feel as though I’m the size of a Sperm whale
3) Totally mental because my hormones multiply like that darn Duggar family on a daily basis
This being said, I think I’ll stick to having two kids even though I do get that butterfly-ish feeling in my belly whenever I see babies. And cute maternity clothes. And cool, futuristic strollers. And Lucite baby cribs. But what I do see in my imminent future are more breezy numbers like this fringe kimono and anything to repel this insufferable heat!
