What’s In My Bag?

{Yes, I need all this crap to brave the day. Don’t judge}

One of my fave features in Us Weekly is the What’s in my Bag? column. And recently Princess Martha did this kind of post and I  ate it up. It’s evident the Peeping Tom in me loves prying through other peoples’ personal items so with that being said, here’s what’s in my bag.

Starting with the pink compact embellished with a black bow, that’s my Les Tai Tai compact mirror with LED lights. Yes, this mirror illuminates dark places and my kids love playing with it. Last year, it was my Christmas prezzy to all my friends. Moving up and to the right, you’ll find my go-to tinted moisturizer by Amore Pacific — it gives me that J. Lo glow like no other and it’s not overly greasy. Next we have my fave baby cologne — Para Mi Bebé perfume. Pinky swear, every raised-in-Miami gal I know has this stuff stowed away in their car or handbag for a swift spritz of bliss.

The the left of that, you’ll find my personalized Erin Condren planner. This agenda keeps me super organized and it’s très cute to boot. Atop my planner, you’ll find my Ray-Ban sunnies and Mini Emergency Kit which includes everything a gal may need in a pinch suck as double-sided tape, stain remover, deodorant towelette, pain reliever, tampon, breath freshener, dental floss, and an adhesive bandage (yes, all that in that teeny neon bag!).

The faux-croc lime green thingamajig is my fave invention of all time — a CardCubby coupon holder. I stow all my gift cards and coupons in this fella. I also carry a Pucci wallet, Altoids, Snooki hair clips, Tom Ford lipgloss in Sugar Pink, my BlackBerry bold (I know, I know, I’m the last Westerner to own one), business card holder and always a pair of statement earrings. Bible, oversized earrings will add vavavoom to any meh outfit.

Lastly, I’m always armed and ready with an Epi pen as my son is allergic to tree nuts — I know, so sad. And I always, always tote a bikini — this bona fide Pisces been known to jump into the Atlantic at a moment’s whim.
