And in the I’m-currently-embroiled-in-an-all-out mid-life-crisis department…I recently procured eyelash extensions, because one can easily argue that my natural lashes aren’t exactly tip-top.

Jennifer travels between L.A., New York and Miami on a 3-week rotation and she’s only available by appointment (she works out of Brownes & Co. South Beach & Design District locations). Jennifer was a totes pro and my initial full set of lashes cost $295 and 2 hours of lying still like a corpse (a major accomplishment for this Energizer Bunny).
The process doesn’t hurt at all — you’ve just got to lay still as Jennifer does her thang (so I counsel not coffee-ing it up or 5-energy houring or whatever your crack of choice is beforehand). Follow-up visits (recommended every 3 weeks) will take 1 hour and $89. Jen meticulously bonds one single extension (in multiple sizes) to every single eyelash — and when applied correctly, they don’t harm your natural lash.
The end result? Lashes for days. The kind of lashes to rival those of Twiggy. Lashes so lush, thick and beautiful, you’ll never need mascara again! Jen will be back in Miami October 26 and 27, so to book her call, 650-741-LASH.
