Give ‘Em The Cold Shoulder

When I slipped this little red number on the other night — the husband was all about it. Of course, I could be swathed in a garbage bag and he’d be all over it because he’s what we call “needy” to keep it PG. YOU GET THE PICTURE. And ya’ll know men only have one thing on their minds because, well, they’re all jacked up on testosterone which equates to perverted thoughts 24/7. We delicate women, on the other hand, are brimming with estrogen which presents us with a mixture emotions — ranging from sweet to check-me-into-the-closest-pysch-ward sentiments. Sometimes I wish I were a dude, dudes.

Anyhoo, I’ve been catching up on Spring trends and the ones that I’m totally feeling are over-the-shoulder dresses and tops and the color red. Yep, the unabashedly feminine off-the-shoulder look is the perfect way to show some skin without looking like a club rat/hoochie mama. Red, on the other hand, is the new black so throw your LBDs to the wayside and invest in a LRD.
